Developed in partnership with a co-living operator, the project provides furnished private bedrooms within shared apartments, designed for modern urban lifestyles. The location demanded a design-forward architectural identity and flexible spaces that respond to communal living, while maintaining high standards of finish and comfort.

Category Company implemented an integrated design-build approach, aligning architecture, construction, and amenity programming from the outset. The building offers rooftop decks, large sliding doors to outdoor space, deep balconies for private rooms, and efficient structural planning that accommodates open common areas on a tight urban parcel.
